Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return of Defective Items

If you receive a defective item from us, we will be happy to either: (a) exchange it for an in-stock product of equal value, or (b) refund your purchase price, sales tax (if charged), and the original shipping charge. In both of these cases, we will also cover the cost of shipping the defective item back to us by USPS regular mail.

Return of Non-Defective Items

If you would like to return a non-defective item, we will be happy to either: (a) exchange it for an in-stock product of equal value, or (b) refund your purchase price, sales tax (if charged), and the original shipping charge, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.

NOTE:

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (WITH HANG TAG ATTACHED) AND RECEIVED BY US NO LATER THAN 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
