How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping within the contiguous United States (Standard Domestic) is $5.00 for orders totaling less than $50.00 (before sales tax and shipping). Standard Domestic shipping is free for orders totaling $50.00 or more (before sales tax and shipping). 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, or U.S. Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, or Pacific regions (Extended Domestic), is $10.00 for orders totaling less than $50.00 (before sales tax and shipping). Extended Domestic shipping is free for orders totaling $50.00 or more (before sales tax and shipping). 

Shipping outside the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and U.S. Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, or Pacific regions (Standard International), is $20.00 regardless of order total.

 

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND OTHER FEES ASSESSED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 

 

What shipping method do you use?

U.S. orders ship by 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight.  International orders ship by First Class International Mail. If you need expedited shipping, please e-mail us before ordering to discuss.

 

How can I pay?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card.

 

Is the Kill Hubris shop secure?

Yes. All pages on our site and both of our payment gateways (Shopify Payments and PayPal) encrypt confidential data using the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol. The padlock icon and "https" URL prefix in your browser's address bar confirm this. 

 

How do I know what size to order?

Please review the size chart on the page of the specific product you plan to order. Generally speaking, our shirts run true to size and are not “slim fit."  If you still have questions after reviewing the appropriate chart, e-mail us

Please note, we currently only stock men’s sizes.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

We will be happy to exchange defective merchandise for an in-stock, non-defective product of equal value or refund your purchase price, sales tax (if charged), original shipping, and pay for shipping back to us.

For merchandise that is not defective, we will exchange for an in-stock product of equal value or refund your purchase price, sales tax (if charged), and original shipping, but you will be required to pay shipping back to us.

In either case, the merchandise to be returned must be (a) in original condition with hang tag attached, and (b) received no later than 30 days after purchase.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders shipped within Texas are subject to sales tax.
